Chav
loads of places like AMD etc sell suspension springs. the springs themselves are £140-200, adjustable ones are much dearer. you'll have to pay for fitting too of course. Eibach have a good reputation. if you want max lowering, go for their sportline range, otherwise you have their pro ones that are a compromise. ABT etc also have 50mm sets as well as 20-30mm ones. the extreme lowering springs obviously give a much harder ride. so its personal preference. you need to visualise the difference you want i guess
Snail
Hi Ras. I've got Koni Shocks and springs, with a mild 40mm reduction in height all round. I have 225/40/18s, and only get arch rubbing problems when the car is very full, any more than 40mm, and your going to have to start looking at getting your arches rolled or something. Personally, id get shocks too, as i've heard that lowered springs, and standard shocks are not a good combo (the shocks wear out v quickly)
