Rear seatbacks Rubbing

Hi

I have had the same problem since the car was new, the rear seats are split folding, and as the S-Line has partial leather seats, the parts where the two backrests meet are covered in leather.

This means that whenever I go over a bump or poor surface I hear a shudder from the back. It sounds like this is coming from the rear seat backs, especially as if I thump the rear seat backs lightly they make that same shuddering sound.

I know a couple of you had this same issue, was it resolved at all or have you admitted defeat? The dealer has tightened the fastenings twice but to no avail. The car is going back on Wednesday and I hope that they will be able to resolve it.

Any ideas as to how to fix this, the noise is driving me crazy!
