R32Ash
I know this has been asked before on here - I did a search and found a thread on the subject. I've tried the suggestions such as switching from fm to am and back, but nothing works!. It's driving me nuts, cutting out every couple of minutes even in cd mode, to tell me about some roadworks 20 miles away. If anyone can help I'd much appreciate it. The handbook is very helpful in its comment that 'TP can be turned off'... Great.. Why not tell us how then you radio manual writing muppets? Rustynuts
I found that the easiest way (after nearly tearing the manual apart) was to select each traffic programme, one after the other, and tune it manually to a place where no station is transmitted. Then it has no feckin chance of interrupting my listening.

crasher
I have a vague recollection that you have to press and hold-in the TP button for several seconds. It should then beep and the TP disappears.
R32Ash
I tried this, and it opened up the menu function for the unit.... Thanks anyway...

whimsical_chris
Yup that works on mine, but not when they are transmitting a traffic announcement, or when your listening to a pre-recorded announcement. I just hold it down and the TP light goes out :-) TP is a top idea, but why dont radio stations manage to turn it off at the end and not halfway through or not at all ? TPnapping ?
