Cheap rear light lens anywhere

My next door neighbour has reversed into my 8 openfire.gif he did the decent thing and owned up to it but it was dark at the time so I didn't spot any damage, next day I saw a small mark on the bumper which I can live with as it's 9 years old so I don't expect it to be perfect.

However looking at it this morning the OS rear light lens is cracked, to be honest I don't know if it was him or not as it's been a week and seems a bit high for a saloon car to damage it, more likely to be a 4x4 or a shopping trolley fekr.gif

Any idea where I can pick up a cheap replacement as I don't fancy being 123576-assfeck.gif by Audi for a piece of red plastic crazy.gif

Before you buy a used one for about £20, get a quote from Audi, I just bought the R/H inner light unit (the one with the lock in) and it was only about £39!!! (with 10% discount) I was amazed, apparantly, the rear lights are one of the few parts we don't get ripped off with. For comparison Euro car parts wanted £44!!! as I'd called them assuming Audi would want £££'s for one...

Don't forget to ask for discount, you'll get 8 to 10% for your cheek!!

Thanks for the info, i'll try audi 1st then allaudi, we're comparing bumper heights at the weekend it may end up costing me nothing as I hadn't realised how high the bumpers are on an Alfa 146 so my neighbour may have broken it.

He's being Ok about it though, he's not having a lot of luck ATm his Jaguar has been in the garage for 3 months being repaired after he rear ended a Nova at a roundabout. suicide.gif

Go easy on him then. Poor chap. 3 months is a bit strong for a big car like a Jag.

He had a load of grief from the insurance company over whether they were going to write it off, took them 6 weeks to make up their mind, it's £2000 for a bonnet, he's had a courtesy car all that time, I cheered him up though when I pointed out how much £££ he's saved on fuel. grin.gif
