raindog
is there a way to get all the codecs i need on my media player
Belchy
You have to download them seperately and install them (unless they are support by M$) Stay away from "codec packs" as some contain spyware. Theres an app called GSPOT which tells you which codec is required for any given media file
Rachel
Go and use VLC from htp://www.videolan.org/ - it'sone of the best players out there - even handling Quicktime codecs! It's the best player I've come across - for platform availability, and performance. It's also available on Windows, Linux, OS X, and heaps of other platforms! Waylander
i have to say i installed the Kazaa Lite codec pack a couple of years ago and it works fine might not handle the more obscure pron, but then i wouldn't know...

Si_GTi
Certainly the version I've got works fine - no dodgy spyware in it, and you can pick and choose what you do and don't want to install. Super!
