SundeepTT
A quick query.. ! Does anyone know the size of the boot on the current A3 in cu.ft with the seats up & then folded down ? (although I assume that it is the same size across the entire range)
Drillslinger
Don't know the sizes off hand, but don't forget that the Quattro gives up a few cubic feet to make room for the Haldex.
SundeepTT
almost forgot the quattro..... has a look at the audi uk web-site but no luck trying to work out if the A3 is 'big' enough..... for a small car....
Drillslinger
If nobody hooks you up before I get home this afternoon, I'll take a look. I've still got a few brochures about, and I think it says in them.
s4dreamer
According to What Car?, the boot size is 351l with the seats up. No figure given for seats down. 351l is approximately 13 cu. ft. You could check the Audi website, it might have that sort of useful information in the technical specs for the A3 range.

fatcat
My experience tells me that the A3 quattro boot is smaller than the Golf Mk IV boot........... and has no 12v supply, essential for the summer cool box.
