RobK
What speed are you on now? I was on 1.5mb; I called them last month and they changed it immediately to 3mb. You can also do it online if you know your account details: http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/editorial/microsites/tierMigration/

scooby_simon
[ QUOTE ] They put me up from 600 to 750 to 1Mb to 2Mb but I've not get a letter about 3Mb. Am I ungrateful? [/ QUOTE ] I was on 600 and got the free upgrade to 750. Decided to go to 1.5 as I was working at home a little more. This is why I've got the free upgrade to 3Mb. They appear to keep the "top" band a bit ahead (2 vs 3mb, 750 vs 1.5) etc.
Si_GTi
I'm with Tesco on a 512MB connection - they use NTL to provide their broadband customers. If I were to call up NTL would I get an upgrade do you think? I just want a meg or two

Thorburn
If you had a 512MB connection I wouldn't think you'd need to upgrade. MB = Megabytes, Mb = Megabits
