Halfords Bluetooth Phone Kit

Does anyone here have the Halfords Bluetooth kit installed??

I've been using it up until now without any issues and it seemed to work really well..... that is until I broke my phone

So.... my question is, how do I pair it up again with my "new" phone, as I can't for the life of me find my instructions.
