CabGirl
We've done a 200 mile round trip today in the TT but I've never seen the DIS report anything better that early 30's. Therefore... I still sooooo don't believe it!

Phantom
Just been out for a spin around MK , can't beat having the roof down with clear blue skies, 26 deg on the DIS, wind rustling through a reduced head of hair.......... Not missing the cab experience then Lottie

A 300-mile motorway trip with cruise control set at 74 mph - 41.4 mpg average (probably 37 mpg actual).

[/ QUOTE ] am hoping it'll creep into the twenties after its run in I have to say I'm loving the proper cabrio experience - the VXT with the roof of was still quite sheltered, in this I feel quite exposed ! iantate59
It's the rapid acceleration that screws the mpg - but that's part of the fun of the TT. Normally I get about 27 to 29 out of it (mostly motorway).
CabGirl
I saw a red VXT earlier today. It looked like it'd been flattened in its parking space.

DeanW
Had the roof off for the first time in a week or so today, made the most of it running around it the A4 all afternoon - apparently we're in for a cracking month, let's hope it's back in the 30s ASAP!
