Insurance Jon
Tomorrow I am moving to a new office above the main office and I can't see or synchronise the office callendar from there. So I was wondering if there is a diary that we could put on the network that allowed people in the office to see when i'm in etc so they can book people in to see me, and tell me where I need to be going. Sparky
If you've got Outlook 2000 or higher, you can share calendars, even if you're not on the same network - and it doesn't require a server to do so.

[/ QUOTE ] how do you do that, i wouldnt mind syncing laptop to the desktop master callender in outlook. save me duplicating stuff, or swapping about exported backups. i have a lan/wireless router set up. Both run Outlook 2003.
