Nobody in the family wants me to get rid of it as they say it suits me but they know what I'm like with cars. grin.gif

The trouble is I love the car but finances are somewhat stretched at the mo but I know I'd not get anything else equally as good for the money once things are settled so I'm going to struggle on for now and enjoy the car.

I'm intrigued as to how you got Listers to cover the AmD work?

Do tell (especially as they're my local dealer and keen to get me to buy my next car from them)...

The conversion was carried out by Listers from new as SK has mentioned they sold the upgrades as part of a package when you order the car from them.

If any part of the conversion fails like the cats for instance then the warranty is with AmD/Milltek which they will replace as I think the Milltek is a lifetime warranty anyway. If anything else fails because of the conversion then Listers will cover it.

I suppose it all down to individual dealers at the end of the day.

Thanks for the info.

I ended up speaking to them yesterday anyway as they leant me one of their chipped 2.0tdi A4's (my S8 was back in the garage yet again!) for use for the day. Must say I was quite impressed with the smoothness of the power delivery.

As you say, its down to the individual dealers, as they uphold the warranty for any of their fitted mods.

Things are getting too difficult at home so now I'm really forced to sell. frown.gif

I've placed an ad on autotrader for £28,995 ono including the 19's, I hope I can get close to the price.

I still want an Audi so I'll probably look for something between £10k and £15k if anyones looking to P/X.

You must be gutted, such a good example. frown.gif

Have already told the wife we'd be remortgaging if finances got tight to keep hold of mine. Any chance for you?

Have you bought it outright? If not and your on Audi / VW PCP you can either restructure it or ask for payment holiday under some circumstances.
