mrzed
I had some KW coilovers fitted to the car last week. Variant 2s with adjustable damping. Car of course looks much lower but it also feels a lot more stable now, especially on the expressways, which are notorious for their rough joins. They are a little bumpy at low speeds but still take the edge off the bumps a bit better than the stock ones. Took it for a 5 hour drive through some tight and twisty mountain roads on the weekend and it feels much tighter than before. Very little body roll and it seems to grip much better. There is a lot less tyre noise when cornering. I also had the alignment tweeked. Rear toe is -0° 05' and front is 0° '05 (seems there was a bit of a language problem). While it feels faster on turn in, it pushes out when accelerating out of the corners. Need to get the front toe readjusted.

runflat
Very nice Mr Zed. I got the same effect last weekend when I brought home 12 bags of gravel from the garden centre...
