Apple Powerbook 15" 1.67MHz Processor 512MB Ram

I have a 3 Month Old Apple 15” G4 Powerbook for sale. This powerbook was bought for me to use with my business but due to some personal circumstance changes is now not required.

I have the receipt for it so the new owner will have 9 months of Warranty. I also have the original box and all of the cables (most havent been unwrapped)

It breaks my heart to have to sell it as it’s a stunning machine, but I really do not have a need for it.

The basic Spec is:

512MB Ram

80GB Hard Drive

15.4" Screen

Superdrive

Backlit Keyboard

OSX Tiger installed but with no backup disc. (Panther comes with it)

Now the 15-inch PowerBook G4 is equipped with Apple’s Sudden Motion Sensor to protect your most valuable asset: your data. The Sudden Motion Sensor senses change in axis position and accelerated movement. In the event of a drop or fall, the Sudden Motion Sensor instantly parks the hard drive heads so they won’t scratch the disks on impact, lessening the risk of damage and improving your chances of retrieving valuable data. When the Sudden Motion Sensor senses your PowerBook is once again level, it unlocks the hard drive heads automatically.

Pity I'm replying to your thread on a 1.67GHz 15" Al PowerBook with 1GB RAM... I also don't know what I'd do with 3 of this model Powerbook.

Have you played enough movie DVDs on it to have locked the DVD-drive to a region yet? (2 I assume for the UK) If not - that will help with on-selling it.

How you doing...

Im replying back to you on my G5 twin 1.8GHz with 1.5GB RAM on and looking at my 23" screen....

You can see firstly why it was bought for me and secondly why I dont need it!!

I havent played ANY DVD's through the laptop and yes it must be restricted to Region 2.
