scooby_simon
Tonight in Hitchin. Not sure about such a car in red, but it looked in tip-top condition for a G reg.
Omi
Please track it down and acquire the alloys for me? They're perfect fitting for the E30 (because that's all a Z1 is, with doors that don't work for long) and would look gorgeous.
Snail
Is the Z1 the thing with the drop down doors? Theres one in the BMW garage by my workplace ATM, in the most gastly pale yellow colour
NewNiceMrMe
A few members of the BMWCC GB have these and I like them. The doors are very clever, if a little quirky, but the shape has kept well with the times IMO. In fact I have a feeling that the car mentioned as spotted in this thread is one of the CC members because I'm pretty sure one of them is from that part of the country. Problem_Child
The Z1 was the first BMW to use the Z axle, so was a testbed for the E40 3-series (and in a funny way the Rover 75). One of my neighbours used to have a green one, it was a fantastic looking car. I tried to convince my ex to get one but she had her heart set on an MX-5...
