Wallachie
I think it looks good from that angle, but the photos I've seen of the front make me cringe! That new grille is horrendous! Looks more like a hatchback than a coupe though.
simonb
I like it. Reckon they'll be doing a sooty one too.

doogal1972
I know I've strayed from my normal forum but that is 'kin awfull if it's supposed to be a TT!! How can a 2 seater roadster turn into a hatchback? WTF!
simonb
It's not the new TT though. There was a spyshot of that in a mag the other week and the 'Shooting brake' CONCEPT shown above is not it!!
Kell
FWIW, most of the articles I've read about it are in agreement that that will not replace the coupe, but MAY be in addition to the current line-up. So you'd get a roadster, coupe and Shooting brake. I actually like it, but it's not a TT (as far as I'm concerned). A shooting brake, just so you know, is a coupe that's had an estate car style back grafted on to it. So take off the estate car bit and you'll have something which pretty much approximates the new TT. IMO.
gino128
Fecking awful - it looks like a Brabus-styled A3...then again it also looks like a Renaultsport Megane....
magrillz
Got evo through the post yesterday who have this inside as a feature. Apparently this is the new TT but as mention earlier it is the Shooting Brake, there will also be and normal Coupe and Convertible option. If you look carefully and try and imagine it without the hatchback style, you can see how it may turn out. Apparently it may loose the alloy style front end for the new Audi standard grill that is appearing at the moment. Don't worry yet I don't think this will be your only option
Scotty
Why imagine? Here's some photoshops that have been doing the rounds since the shooting brake was announced. These and more can be found HERE
Kell
If the new TT looks like that, then it's just a shame that I won't be able to afford one. Not quite sure how we managed to afford our current one come to think of it.

S3Kev
Those on piston heads are all going barmy but most are failing to realise this is the Shooting Brake which will be part of the Coupe and Roadster line-up therefore giving three variants. As for the grill - can you ever see Audi giving the go ahead to an alloy bar grill - way too American hotrod - it will end up with an A3 sportback grill stuck on it like everything else they've been realeasing recently. For me the Shooting Brake would be ideal as I'm able to get a 996 as my kids don't fit in the back, I didn't get a TT for the same reason and I didn't want a saloon/avant so ended up with an S3. So in the while it takes for my kids to grow up (give em about 6 years) I will be looking for a replacement for my S3 in about 2-3years time - the shooting brake would do nicely then on to a 996 or 997. There's not much else thats German to choose from just now is there? Just gotta hope they do a decent RS4 type job on the performance and handling so I enjoy the drive too. Note there is also as many rumours about no new S3 as there is about an impending S3. Only time will tell. Kev

gizze
I love it too, not really a fan of the TT but I would have one of those in a flash. As long as the grill was toned down a bit.
