aaabbb
I work at a VW dealership and from the 1st of Septemeber (I think not had much to do with new Passats yet) it has been mandatory to use the DISS system via ELSA for all warranty jobs on the new 3C Passats. But I have been told to use the DISS system on all warranty jobs on any car from the 1st of October. I used the DISS sytem for one time on the 1st of October but the day after the manager told us it was just used to do warranty jobs on the new Passat. But recently one of our technicians has been on a course at Milton Keynes and has come back saying DISS has to be used to carry out any warranty work on any vehicle. Has anyone else any knowledege of this?
