Neimad
They're called bump/rub strips and most (pretty much all?) cars come with them whether you want them or not. Some end of the line or top of the range models have them body coloured out of the factory, but otherwise you have to get them painted aftermarket. In either case it's a waste of time since the whole point of them is to protect your body coloured bumper from scratches, brushes with things, etc.
Si_GTi
I agree with Neimad, it's a pointless exercise painting them to match your car if they've not already been colour-coded IMO. You have two options. First, leave them alone, use them as a contrasting feature against all that silver and match other bits and bobs to them for added effect, ie. mirrors, splitters etc. Second, remove them. Although bear in mind if you ding your door on something, or someone dings it for you (shopping trolleys!) then it's going to be more costly to repair! The side rubbing strips there will leave holes in the doors when you remove them which would need filling and painting to match the car, so quite a lot of effort. R32North
On the bumpers they are 'bumper inserts', and on the doors they are 'running strips'!! Or thats what we've been calling them for the last 15+ years

malagus
The seicento doesn't even have rubbing strips, just a fold in the door covered by a sticker. not to mention loads of shopping trolly shaped dents. grrrrrrrr.
