Chris_B
Now my keyboard has drool all over it. I've been banned by she who must be obeyed from coveting motorbikes, but that's worth a to dribble over. Very nice indeed!
charlie61
yes VFR800Fi 2000 on a W 35,000 miles bought for the bargaintastic price of £2000, it's as clean as it looks, only bit of corrosion is on the fork bottoms but the dremel will sort that out
SneakyMcC
Certainly puts my rusty old shed to shame What'll she be used for?
SneakyMcC
Chris, it sounds like you need a new "Her who must", yours sounds like shes broken m8! Just teasing m8, I slipped out of biking by chance before we had our first child. The wife took it upon herself that I wasn't going back to bikes till the kids were all grown up. She didnt hardly talk to me for 2wks when I sat her down and told her I'd put a deposit on a bike She did the "face like a bull dog licking p!ss of of stinging nettles" for a fortnight I slept with one eye open in case I woke in the morning to find she'd removed bits off of me, important bits! charlie61
[ QUOTE ] Certainly puts my rusty old shed to shame What'll she be used for? [/ QUOTE ] Just the occasional thrash when i'm in the mood, i've reached an age where insurance cost isn't an issue so I can have it sat in the garage without worrying what the weekly cost is. I've wanted a VFR for a while when I saw this for the price of a 750 5 years older I couldn't resist it. the guy that had it before was a maintenance nut, he's kept it in tip top condition despite the mileage which is high for the year but low for a VFR Just got to build up my confidence now What's the rusty old shed then
SneakyMcC
I have an old, no very old XR600. It has been converted to a Supermoto. Its as tatty as and rusty as phuck I bought it that way, and and I'll prolly throw it away that way Should have wheels like this: Supermotos have road wheels (smaller road wheels with non-knobblie tryes) like this. Plus a monster sized front brake disc : For them that no not WTF we're on about! No, none of these bikes are mine. Quicker to whip them off the web then go down to the garage with the camera!
