Snail
Feck me, the torque steer on that has gotta be scary!
Omi
Is my bike too weak for torque steer? Are you being a little naive on bikes? Are you being humourous in a way that totally went over my head? Funny anyway you look at it really!
simonb
Hmm - unusual idea. Thought the main idea behind diesel was that it was economical and that vehicles running on it had a lot more torque than petrol-fuelled ones. Surely a bike doesn't need to be diesel? Economical enough and also how often do you them towing caravans or 40 ft trailers?!! Hmm. Followed a nice Ducati today - that's a proper bike. Had new cans on the back - sounding very very good indeed. Made my old GSXR sound rough! Then i saw a Hayabusa for sale - 02 plate - £3800 - nearly, so nearly rang my bank manager!! Snail
But imagine it, you at a bike meet, with everyone laughing at your sooty bike, then you open up some of that midrange acceleration. They'd be laughing on the other side of their faces no doubt!
danksy
I bet it sounds noisy on the startup though
Jon
Diesel bike is interesting, but like you say..... Busa My main issue wouldn't be the £3800 to buy it but the insurance at £7k Jon.
