MOSE
Just returned from a very tiring week in Kos and spotted lots of things along the way. Now then....Chavitis has spread to Greece.....OH YES! Lots of Saxos and Cupras given the Chav treatment, mostly all with complete dark tinted windows and ALL underlit with neons. Nearly every Saxo in Kos has an upgraded exhaust, but then nearly every car in Kos has one. Oh....and there seems to be an outbreak of Burberry clothing as well. Quite a few Scoobies as well but since I am not a fan of these cars I couldnt tell you exactly what Models these were apart from the raised bonnet vent as an indicator. Next one is interesting. Walking along the road to my sister's shop I spot a black convertible M3.....IMPOSSIBLE I THOUGHT given the tight import laws. This looked every bit like a legit M3 with raised bonnet, 19s, side vents, M3 mirrors, badging the lot. It was a manual car, but the interior of the car was a dead give away, and so was the immediate tell tale sign of a SINGLE TWIN EXHAUST. 10 out of 10 for effort it looked pretty convinving until you saw it from the back. Why do ppl do it??

MOSE
My brother in law was telling me that the government ose very heavy taxes on cars that are over 2.0L, so anything like an M3 would cost an absolute fortune to import. There are plenty of 2.0L cars about, but what really amused me was the amount of huge engined Mercs that are used as taxis and there are plenty of them!
