simkna
Was passed on the M1 on Saturday by someone in a Yellow Carrera GT. Nothing against yellow cars (in fact the wife's Mini looks great it yellow), but WTF?? Dread to think of the depreciation consequences of such a colour choice on this car. I know Ferraris, Lambos, and especially RUF Porkas look great in yellow, so why did this particular car look so very wrong? Si.

MattR32
Well the black one I saw in Sweden is the only car I've ever seen that nearly made me fall over. Best looking car I have ever seen - Even nicer than my first car,a 1973 beige Morris Marina.
Smudge
I think I've seen the very same car on the A1 before. I actually had to double take it, it does look totally wrong for a Porka. I've also seen the GT in Black at a dealers, Mastra's right IMO, truely stunning in black. Almost like they made the colour for the car, or vise versa. MattR32
Sort of beigey goldy ming colour that was EXACTLY the same colour as wet sand so when I used to get out of the sea after a surf my car was almost invisible on the beach. 1.3 litres of BL muscle, £14 remoulds, no brakes BUT a big back sofa style seat for wooing all the laydeeez it used to attract - Not. malagus
A black carrera GT is the only car thats made me stop before i had known what it quite was, I was looking at a GT3RS and turned, catching a glimpse of it, and i nearly fell over - the single most wonderful car i have ever seen in the flesh. a real enthusiast too, he was outside the porsche tent at oulton park for the porsche cup. Mook
I guess when you've got the money to buy a GT, you don't give a monkey's what colour it is as long as you like it. The choice of yellow is more than likely to do with a "look at me" than anything else. In black though? Yup. Reckon so

Woppum
I totally agree. Dont think they look right at all. Or in red. I think Autocar used a Yellow one to do their 0-100-0 test with a SLR, Pagani and an Enzo!

v15ben
Yellow is still a stunning colour though - I guess if you can buy a CGT you don't bother too much with depriciation!
