R32North
Toying with the idea of an RS4, so I thought I'd get a quote to see how much this would be! Currrently paying £460 fully comp, etc etc etc for the R32, and recently got quoted £401 from Elephant. So, I pop the RS4 details into Elephnat and expecting something IRO £700-£800, but no.............. £414.07, protected, £250 excess, fully comp with all the bits-n-bobs! I'm quite shocked how low that figures is! Now I got to sell the R and find some £££s to buy an RS4

But now they are better than Admiral.

Scotty
I was with Elephant when some t**t bumped the back of my car. It only needed the inner aluminium member and the bumper assembly but it had to go through them. They were great. No premium rate phone lines (like I'd heard), no grief trying to get through (like I'd heard), no delays, etc etc. Thumbs up all round from me. Need to consider other things as well, but I'll be looking out for one early next year that meets my requirements. No point in doing much this close to the festivities and all that! Botang
Im with Elephant too, never had to claim but for my A8 the Admiral/Elephant group offer significantly cheaper premiums than other providers. Currently paying around £600 for the A8 4.2.

Ian_C
[ QUOTE ] Elephant ? id never use them had a couple of friends who had a nightmare claiming and there cover for stereo is very small. [/ QUOTE ] The Admiral Group (Bell Admiral Diamond Elephant) are also the only 'major' (note inverted commas) who don't let you use Autoglass. They direct you towards a Norwich Union-owned glass repairer who are cheaper, rather than Autoglass who only fit the proper manufacturers' sourced glass. Cheaper glass replacement means a cheaper premium - one of the many reasons Elephant quote cheaper. Ian
Botang
To be fair Ian we dont seem to get many people on here compaining about the 'other' glass supplier. Just because it isnt OE doesnt mean it is substandard.
