Audi Allroad A6 door lock problems

Any one know how to adjust the lock on the passenger door.

The door when slammed shut or dropped shut bounces and only half catches shut.

takes a little practice and sometimes 2 or 3 gentle attempts to close successfully.

I was told by mechanic that it should be merely a catch adjustment problem, that it's not catching correctly

Don't really want to consult the stealer as they will no doubt suggest a whole lock renewal.
