Si_GTi
I don't understand why on Earth people do that There is a completely standard navy blue Honda Civic hatchback (the one with a bit of a boot on it, model range circa 1994) that I see around these parts with the numberplate "BB3"! The value of the 'plate must cover the cost of the car ten times over - how come it's on such a regular vehicle?

CraigR
[ QUOTE ] I don't understand why on Earth people do that [/ QUOTE ] Maybe these plates have been owned by that person for many many years, beforeprivate reg. numbers became so popular/expensive. If the plate has no cost value to the owner then what difference does it make which type of car he/she has it on
Thorburn
Or perhaps they bought it cheap and are holding it on a low value car until they are offered the right price............

hotdog
ABC 1 used to be the Lord Mayor of Leicesters plate. Until they sold it to fund the St Matthews regeneration scheme!!
