Paley Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 Local bodyshop replaced door and wing last week on my new Avant (nasty knock coming out of blind junction - 2 weeks old. Aargh). Looked a good paint match - until I got home and saw it in bright sunlight and noticed a strip of what looked like dappling along top of door. Took it back in and expected a row or "You have to expect that sir" - but absolutely no argument. "We'll have it back in." Often seems to be the case with Audi that the service and bodyshop people are good, but let down by the front of house staff. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Milo Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 Good to hear it's sorted I have only ever used Newcastle Audi for service and I've found them to be brilliant; the staff attitudes from receptionist to Service Manager are excellent. The techies are all too happy answer your questions and the speed and efficiency of the whole set up is unquestionable.
