MOSE
Yep, I was most disappointed and quite shocked. But to be honest Chris, that is my whole experience of BMW. Rude, arrogant and a right bunch of w@nkers! I didnt stay in there any longer than I had to, to be honest! Give me my cheque and I'm history! fjfr
[ QUOTE ] They actually asked me to stop taking pictures. [/ QUOTE ] That is actually the worst thing I've ever heard a dealer do. How Fuc*ing rude. You were a (good - M3 is good!) customer, and they treat you like that for admiring a car! The worst thing i ever heard a dealer do was in Tonbridge Mercedes.... The sports cars would come in & the techs would take them out the back (where they had a big old empty strip of tarmac) & wheelspin/drag race/donut SL55s, SLKs, CLs, anything they wanted to. I only know this cos one of my mates brothers had driven my SLK 320 when he was 16.
MOSE
I wasnt the only person who was having problems there today either....having made a cup of coffee, sat down and eaten ALL of their biscuits another customer remarked on how appauling their customer service was and remarked that they were considering changing dealership. I simply smiled and said "I AGREE"
GTiMK5
Mose, Which dealer is it mate so I can go and have a nose? If you dont want to name them in public is it the one in the little village or the one near Asda? Think that should make sense.
fjfr
Well rubbish customer service cost them a possible sale. Ooh.. and alerted TSN to the dealer in question.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, its nowhere near Asda's cos I swear blind I would never ever go anywhere near the place again for fear of getting arrested. And am not sure of the little villge place either, but to give you a clue its quite near here....... -.. .--. -...

GTiMK5
Nice one, you got me thinking now. Will have to drive round the area next week when I am back and look for something with those initials. I cant think of the name of the pub opposite but that could be it if I am thinking of the right dealer.

NewNiceMrMe
I'm very pleased I have a good relationship with my dealership and I can't complain about anything of late. I guess all marques have their good and bad dealers, but the treatment described in some of the above posts is inexcusable under any circumstances. MOSE
Agreed that not all dealers are the same. In recent weeks I have been tryoing to part with the wife's 316 and have come up against worse attitude and rudeness than I had experienced with my dealer, so in a way I am counting myself grateful cos it the relationship could have been a hell of a lot worse
CraigR
Mose, spotted my first Monaro today, was a kind of deep blue colour, not unlike the R32 blue pearl colour, Certainly sounds nice
MOSE
Craig.....only two guys I know of have Monaros in Scotland. ONe yellow and one blue. The blue one is a 5.7 CV8 on a 2004 plate. And from what I know of the car, it has a few tasties on it!! Looks something like this one
