I see Revo do a chip, does anybody know if they still have presence in the UK or is it all dealers? Anybody actually tested it on a boxster? Adam
hello stranger - you just can't stop tinkering can you don't reckon many will have done it as gains are minimal and its not "the done thing" for Porsches unless you go the whole hog via Ruf etc wouldn't trust anyone other than DMS if I still had the Boxster
FourWheelDrifter
I have a Golf 1.8 turbo which I had fitted with a Revo chip - I think it is a great conversion, professionally carried out by TSL motorsport. Gives a great increase in power (I think around 190-200) but also feels so much more responsive. Would recommend Revo. I saw they did it for Boxster on US site (I have a Boxter S) but when I asked TSL a month ago they said it wasn't available yet here.
dan_emaps
i think the Boxsters tend to respond well to mapping imo, a remap should see about 20bhp/25nm on top for the S, its not going to change the car but will certainly be noticeable! I would have thought Revo would be able to map it by now.
