petsar68
I spotted this Porsche parked up in the Disney World, Florida carpark last week. Not my choice of colour but the yanks like it.....bless em !!
richy_uk
I just love the Carerra GT. Everytime I go into Porsche Solihull, there's nearly always the same one in the showroom with a sign saying it's sold - do not touch. But I think that's crap as it's been with them for nearly a year and is on a 54 plate. Only reason I can think it's always there is that it may be owned by Nick Whale and he doesn't have the room at home .
jojo
I live about 2 miles from the OPC in Solihull, and I've never been in there despite driving pass it on a regular basis, time for a visit methinks.
petsar68
Here is another pic. Out of curiosity i take it the wheels are not the originals ? Must be feckin good replacements if this is the case.
richy_uk
I think they are the originals. It's got some sort of wierd fixture around the hub. Probably something you'd get on a race car but I'm not sure.
Si_GTi
Yup, they're original. Instead of a 5-stud or 4-stud arrangement the wheels use a motorsport stylee one-nut release mechanism. TSW offered something like it on their Hockenheim and Xenon alloys: ^^ It's a similar arangement to this, it's the only diagram I can find without spending ages looking EDIT: thought about it for a minute and then looked at the Porsche website, found all you need to know here!
