Multiple address books in Outlook

New phone system so want to have customer details come up on screen when they call.

To do this need a new outlook address book/contacts called "customers" that I can populate with 500 or so names & phone numbers. Then need to either load this into everyones Outlook or better still have one set accessed over the LAN needs to be seperate from "normal" contacts as otherwise will take ages to find anyone.

Can anyone suggest how this is best done - we don't have Exchange ?

Thanks - do you know if Outlook supports a PAB & contacts or can only choose between one or the other ?

If we can look up customers to dial out via outlook & outlook can look up customers when cals come in I guess we could live with the importing.
