NunchukHamster
Ok, you can laugh, but I had a Rover 600 until 2 years ago. I didn't have the bodykit though! At least it was the 200Bhp petrol turbo version. And when Motobuild had finished with it, it was rolling roaded at 253 Bhp. But I did manage to kill the oil pump on the way to Munich. You try getting parts in Bavaria for a Rover!
danksy
I had a Rover 620Ti as well. Had it from new (with a £27k price tag when it was an "R" plate), and broke it comprehensively within 35,000 miles. Fast in a straight line, but with suspension made of marshmallows, it was a nightmare around bends. The funniest thing was coming off a wet round about and flooring it, the inside wheel would just spin, and spin, and spin, hilarious.
NunchukHamster
I had Koni top adjustables and springs on mine, with 18 inch rims. I think Motobuild also uprated the Limited Slip Diff. The shocked look on a lot of peoples faces from inside their "quick" cars when they couldn't kepp up did make me laugh a lot of times.
Ska
OK here's me old one: was reliable as a Honda accord nothing ever went wrong apart from the new exhaust I used to need every time I encountered a speed bump
danksy
I didn't keep any photo's of mine, I was too embarrassed I went to that from a Vectra V6 Sri, and thought THAT was a quick car
NunchukHamster
I don't have any digital pics of mine, but will try and scan a normal photo later. But I didn't have a spoiler or skirts at all. It was even debadged so that every one though it was a 618 until they looked a bit cloer or tried to ctach it. Good fun, and VERY interesting in the wet, even with the mods.
