Headerss
I need to replace some interior trim in my car, and am not very fond of going to the dealer to buy the spare parts, have any idea where i could buy them from and how to find out the colour code of my trim? Would appreciate it!
lmmlmmam
There's a UK based company called VAG parts, aparently they can get just about anything. Not sure how the shipping would work out to Dubai. Worth a try (Google should find them for you).
Headerss
Heard a lot about them, but how to identify the parts i need? They might have some technical names
lmmlmmam
I get the impression they are very helpful, so no harm in ringing them. If they want your money they'll help you out. There are some people on here who have access to some Audi config system, so if you post what you need they may be able give you part numbers/ correct name. UBM
If you e-mail Martyn at vag parts, the address is either [email protected] or [email protected]. Tell him Paul sent you fron TSN and ask him for your 10% discount! It would help if you sent him a pic of thee part(s) you want.
Headerss
Thanks UBM, appreciate it. Just out of curiousity, could the buttons on the steering wheel for gear selection be changed? What about individual buttons on the chorus radio, and on the climate control? Many question, but i just wanna know how to proceed with the car. Thanks
UBM
I think you would need a new wheel or new stereo. The guys at vagparts will try and get you anything! I spoke to Martyn a few weeks ago - they were still processing orders at 1am on a Saturday night....
