shark_90
I wondered if anyone knows how to increase the idle speed on a 1.9 PD130? I know it's likely to be all automatically adjusting and clever and all that, but I could do with it going up just a tinge to stop the shaky idle. Any ideas? Tobes49
Brick on the throttle pedal??? Used to be channel 2 in adaption, but dont think that works for the PD engines? Not sure if you can change it? I'll have a look tomorrow.

eolair
i had this question about my ex B6/y-reg. intermittant judder on idle, thay could be eliminated by increasing revs or turning on aircon. Took it in, and the verdict was the injectors needed replacing. 1 day and £1700 later, fixed. Thank F for the warranty. Problem seemed solved until a week later - judder returned, but not as bad as before. took back, plenty of head scratching, but no answer except "live with it". Asked a few times if there wasnt a switch they could set to raise idle speed a 50-100rpm. Answer: no, all done automagically by ECU, and cant be modified. This was all from Lancaster Audi Stockport, who are generally well regarded on TSN.
Tobes49
Get them to check the conectors that go onto the unit injectors and replace with a new loom or just the plastic bits around the wires.
