lenny007
Morning peeps. Just a quick couple of questions on insurers and insurance in general. Firstly, does anyone know for certain if either Egg or Privilege will mirror NCD from one car policy onto another? Or will they merely offer a "favourable" quote for the second car. Question 2 (technically 3 put i digress) is this. If you've got 2 insurance policies on 2 different cars, but both in your name (i.e. a weekday car and a weekend car) and you have a bump in either one, does your other policy take a hit as well? Just seems that if they won't insure two cars on one policy and "may" not offer the NCD over both policies, why should you be punished on both policies? Hope you can help and ta in advance. Newbie123
Just had my directline renewal through, and it included a little leaflet saying that they will now mirror your NCD on a second car but only if you are the only insured driver for both cars. As to whether a crash in one car would affect the policy on the other, my guess is it would as it looks to be just a "mirror" policy.
lenny007
So basically there can be no other named drivers on the policy. You can see where i'm going here can't you?
