Omi
Maybe because you don't contribute to the community in any way oher than trying to make a quick buck selling, frankly, a crap plate that wouldn't appeal to virtually anyone on here. The reply that you had implies what we, collectively, think of the X3...
RobGTi
I dont see why people get the arse ache about people coming on here to sell stuff. If someone wants the product thats on offer then whats the problem? If no one wants it, then no one buys it!! Whats wrong with that??
Daz
I suggest you read the rules about using this area Marketplace Rules

The plate may suit a GT3 owner or someone interested in the forever talked about RS3, rather than an X3, but if that's on someones secret wishlist, why not. If i was 'trying' to make a fast buck, i think i'd use a somewhat 'busier' avenue don't you? I perhaps should apologise to "virtually anyone" if i haven't posted enough. In the time i have to look on here, i haven't seen much on Audi A6 4.2 Quattro Sport, Porsche 968 Sport, Honda Integra Type 'R', '96 Mini Cooper, Aprilia RSV Factory, Aprilia RSV 'R'. Or the E30 BMW which was made as a four wheel drive 325iX, before the 525iX was made, then the X5, next the X3, your own car is an Ancestor of the X3? wow. RobGTI thanks, your reply made a better point.
Omi
Well, sorry... The X5 and X3 don't have ancestry, they are the creation of market pressure with the advent of the current Chelsea Tractor fad. And, if your impressive list of vehicles is you subtlely pointing out how good you must be, then I don't do willy-waving. People get injured. Mollox
I'm sorry, did I hear you say a "busier avenue"? Well if 23m hits a month isn't busy enough for you then perhaps its best if you find that "busier avenue"?

[/ QUOTE ] Well, because the site is put here for free for its members. Its not free, someone actually pays for this place each month out of little more than pure Joy. If individuals or businesses try to capitalise on this site's huge traffic in the form of free advertising then that goes against the spirit of the site and gets stopped
SeanL
not trying to impress with cars, 2 are for track day/Nurburgring use, 'just' sold the Audi, but mentioned as it was the car i had when first used this site, people would probably subscribe a pound a month to help with site costs, part of the point is that a reply worded as poorly or generally insulting, 1/ shouldn't have been placed, so should have been removed by moderators perhaps, 2/ you are not in a tremendous position to describe others items as 'frankly crap, speaking for others also. perhaps after looking in your own garage, and thinking about the potential to insult, you may be slightly more reserved. I accept it may not appeal to all, but they can answer. Busier, refferred to specific sales avenue, which you must agree is not here? I was merely letting you see an opportunity first. You can't escape a cars heritage, if the manufacturer tries its technology in a car body, it will remain part of the history of what follows, as in Beetle/Porsche, David Brown tractors/Aston Martin, Lambourghini too, Porsche. Don't blame it on the Sloane Rangers.
