chrisa
A colleague of mine sent me this link. What do you all think ? http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?threadid=232847
JamR32
Does anyone here use an octane booster? If so does it make any difference?
Riz
Yep i use millers and after my 3rd i noticed better smoothness and mpg, the ecu uses the extra octane.... still more testing to do. I would say the mpg gain is only big on a motorway journey at a stready 70-80mph!

Riz
Well driving like a loon all the time will make the mpg poor wont it? I would say buy a box of ten and try it out, then decide?
Mac
On my '4 this made *loads* of difference, smoother anyway - not sure of any more MPG
JamR32
So it makes you're car go faster? Couldn't give a toss about mpg
chrisa
Well I do use Millers and am very happy with it. It was just a little worrying about the comments that my mate found. I for one will still use it as there are definite performance improvements.
