martin275
I paid 102.4 last night, but I was treating my car to BP Ultimate Diesel. The joys of a fuel card! I haven't noticed any difference yet btw.
Sparky
You won't. BP fuel is crap for diesels IMO. I've tested that fuel alongside the Shell Diesel and the Shell one gave me quicker responses and slightly better MPG. And it's cheaper too! martin275
You're right! Still no difference. Smoothness, performance and economy are exactly the same as normal BP fuel (and Tesco/Asda fuel come to that). I won't be bothering again.
Snail
It might be the age of the car. My old high mileage tdi used to love BP Ultimate. I could tell the difference easily when using it. Maybe its aimed at older cars, where Shell is aimed at new performance diesels.
Sponge
Out of the blue diesel has dropped to 96.9p! Bloody annoying actually, I've not long filled up.
M8CKN
94.9 at Asda, and Unleaded is 93.9!!! Cheapest I have seen it in months. I won't go to Asda, but the Esso directly opposite matches the price

My wee vRS has just managed to take me to and from work for 2 weeks (18 mile round trip each day) with various driving on £25 of diesel. Averaging 58-61 mpgs there and 47-52 mpgs on the way home...... the price of diesel isn't a worry when I'm doing that kind of MPGs
Sponge
95.9p now.

Sponge
It was 89.9 for quite a while near me, but today I noticed it had risen to 91.5p One thing that struck me about the price was it's 91.5, not 91.

Sponge
87.9p at my local Shell. It's the first time it's cost me less than £60 to fill the tank.
