baz67
I'm just about to buy my first X5 and was looking for a bit of advice on the 2 options I have. Option 1 3.0d Sport Auto, 54 Plate, 20k Miles, Silver with Black Leather, Comms Pack, Sat Nav, TV, Pana Sun Roof, 19" Alloys, Tinted Windows, Side Steps plus all the standard sport spec. £33K Option 2 3.0d Sport Auto, 54 Plate, 16k Miles, Black with Black Leather, Comms Pack, Sat Nav, TV, 22" Hartge Alloys, Tinted Windows, Side Steps plus all the standard sport spec. £35K I'm leaning towards option 2 but was hoping anyone here could maybe advise. Cheers in advance.
gizze
You got a pic of the Hartge alloys?? I would rather have the black one as it looks so much better than silver with the black bumpers, however, the 22" alloys put me off and I definitely would notwant to pay extra for them. Seems expensive too, my old man looked at an 55 plate 3.0d sport with comms and all the bits and 6k miles on it, that was £37k I think.

PeterS
[ QUOTE ] Oh, and welcome to the forum! [/ QUOTE ] Seconded - welcome And I agree with gIzzE; black is a better colour for an X5 IMO. However, I'd reserve the right to change my mind based on the wheels fitted to that one - it could look a little 'bling' for my taste, and the silver still looks good. At least both are well specc'ed Peter
thraxtos
Check out if the auto box makes the car hesitate @ junctions/roundabouts ....... There's a recognised fault/characteristic with them.
gizze
Steve T, can I assume you may have some problems with the auto box? You have mentioned it once or twice!
