Keegs
My cab has to go back in for a control module to be swapped. So I phoned them up and asked for it to be booked in next Monday, so they tell me no way as they are so busy and they are only booking from next Wednesday onwards. I explained that’s no good as I wanted the car fixed and then I can use it for a week b4 I go on holiday. So she says sorry, they are already 4 hours over booked on the Monday! So then I ask to speak to the Service Manager (am I right, didn't I read somewhere that Audi service has to book ur car in within 2 or 3 days or something?) & funny enough, she comes back, says he's not available and that she spoke to someone else and they said, if you bring it in first thing, we can do it on Monday. If they can't even get car bookings right, how can they fixed the bl00dy things?
apreading
I am more worried by them saying they are already 4 hours overbooked. That means someone's cars arent going to get done. They will keep them for the day, then either return them unfixed or keep them for an extra day. Not very good. This is probably standard practice to offset a few 'no shows' and is just like the airlines, but occasionally someone is gonna get upset.
