Advice on how to buy a car at an Auction!!!

Recommended Posts

The Used Car Roadshow 2 is only a few weeks away from airing its first new episode (29th May on ITVs Men&Motors) and as we are still filming the remainder of the series we are looking for potential buyers for one of our auction days coming up on the 16th May.

Why we need you: Because a TV show without people just doesn't make for good viewing - and you wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find potential buyers. Cars are advertised but Buyers are not - makes my job interesting.

What you get out of it: Our expert presenters, Jason Dawe (formerly on Top Gear and now Sunday Times journalist) and Penny Mallory (former Driven presenter and former female Rally driver champion) will talk you through everything you need to know at an auction and will assist you in finding the best used car for your budget.

Plus you get to feature on a TV show and observe a film crew at work (admitedly not everybody's cup of tea but it is good fun).

We will also look after you with food and drinks.

What have you got to lose? Nothing...

And you could walk away with a new used car (last week 2 out of our 3 buyers bought a car at the auction).

Please do get in touch if you feel this might be of interest to you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Thanks Mook - that's a really good idea. I'll get right on it. Richard was brilliant when we did the filming with him at Oulton Park and although we might not be able to mention Scumball during the Auction we could definitely hook them up with a car under £1000.
