simon_evo
I have bought an A3 2.0 tfsi sline quattro special edition with the intention of having it remapped at some point . Does anyone have an experience of the cars fuel consumption when its been revo'd or similar ? Thanks

simon_evo
How does the performance compare with standard ?
RobK
I don't have any experience of that particular model, but normally chipping has little or no impact on fuel economy. In a lot of cases people report that it improves after a remap, due to them not having to mash the pedal as hard to get the desired acceleration. Xedos
After 2 months and 4000 miles my DIS was 32mpg. Average on a run is 32-37mpg on the quattro. Bad news is Im on my 2nd gearbox.

[/ QUOTE ] This is standard! I would like to get a remap. Ive had a remapped car before and naturally flooring it you use more but off boost you use less. I just think my car had a bad gearbox, just one of those things. Started to sound like a milkfloat.
