Guys

Now I am unexpectedly single I want to shift the big family wagon A4, and get something a bit more fun but nothing too expensive or flash. I would like to stick with the Audi brand if possible. My thoughts below for a 34 year old guy:-

New A3 2.0 T FSI Quattro S-line 3 door , I am test driving one today at 1pm and I think they look great plus I get a 10% discount.

Used TT 225 or TT Quattro sport , I am looking at 1 year old ones today the prices have really fallen on these. Does this look a bit mid life crisis and may put of future girlies. Obviously the Quattro sport only has 2 seats and not sure of the golf clubs will fit in?

Used TT V6 Convertible , I am looking at a 1 year old one today the prices have really fallen on these. Does this look very mid life crisis and may seriously put of future girlies.

I am sure you will help me make the correct choice or suggest other options.

....You took the words straight out of my mouth! 169144-ok.gif

Any girlies in your life should want to ride with you because of who you are and not because of the car you drive. If they dig your car, then it's just a bonus.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a TT - I think they're wayyyy too girlie nowadays.

A4 Cab - much better.

3-series Cab - much better.

Either of the above has a lot more style and will attract the right looks from females if that would be of benefit.

Absolutely - couldn't agree more!

I agree with MrMe, TT's are girls cars

The A4 cab is much classier, and if you're after some shallow bit o'stuff, the A4 should pull 'em as well, just ask Ari wink.gif

I'd go for the A3 2.0T Quattro - my wife has one of these (5-door version) and it's a very impressive machine.

Given the new TT is iminent, I don't think that is going to be a good option, plus I have to agree that they do appear a bit 'mid-life crisis'. Having said that, if you must, go for the 3.2 V6 in Orange!
