mb
I have to check out my sisters 1995 Ford fiesta's leaking sunroof - imagine it is the drain holes. Won't see the car til I see her next week so was hoping if anyone had to deal with one of these and had some tips ? Thanks Martin
NeilB
I had the same problem with my 106. Best way around it I found was to seal the sun roof up with silicone grease to make it water tight so it couldn't leak.

Thanks Martin [/ QUOTE ] Hi, IIRC the drain holes for the sunroof are at the front corners, these connect to small pipes that go down the A posts either side of the windscreen and then go into the sills. If the sills have been replaced or have been undersealed the drain holes in the sills can get blocked, see if the carpet in the front passenger footwells is damp, especially toward the front end of the door opening and back along the door opening as this is normally an indication that the drains are draining but because the drain holes in the sill are blocked due to the above the water simply fills the space in the sills and then starts running back into the car. You can clear the sill drains with a small screwdriver or coat hanger wire. Failing that drill a small hole (5mm) in the underside of the sill. Jon.
