Ari
Ok forget specific models or types, what is your favourite car brand? For me it's Aston Martin, just the perfect blend of heavy metal performance, quality, heritage, and sheer class. Ferrari is too "bling", Lamborghini too "chest wig", Mercedes too "old man" and BMW too "sales rep made good". Remember, this is not about specific cars, the new Ferrari 599 is probably better than any Aston, I love the SL55 AMG, and the M3 is sublime, but as brands go Aston trumps them all for me. With Porsche coming in second I think for surgical precision, German uber cool, and sheer quality and performance.
NewNiceMrMe
I don't have one. I really don't. I do hope I'm not as easily fooled by their marketing people as that.
NeilB
Alfa Romeo, sex on wheels and so much heritage to boot. Aston is a second choice for me though.

[/ QUOTE ] Spot on Chris, however as an engineer, I have a leaning towards the true engineering lead and inovative manufacturers. At the moment that would be Honda and Audi. garcon magnifique
Bentley. Ferrari. Porsche. I think. Probably in that order, if pushed. If anything, it comes from motor racing heritage rather than road car heritage for me, except for Bentley which is in my blood. Literally. DHA
Honda or Porsche but not sure which. Honda may edge it due to their F1 history.

Torino101
Dream World - Aston Real World - BMW or Porsche But for me it depends more on the specific car than the brand - i.e i'm not a huge fan of Japanese marques in general but I suspect that my next car will be either an S2000 or a 350Z...... garcon magnifique
I ought to try and trace back sometime. Bentley is my mother's family name, but I've no idea whether they're related. Several generations back if so.
