Dear Mr X XXXX

We are writing with regard to your recent order for The International Motor Show in London.

Due to a processing error we neglected to charge you the £1.65 transaction fee referred to during your booking.

In order to correct this error we will be charging your account £1.65 on the 1st September 2006. This will appear on your statement as Event Tickets 0871 220 0260 as per the original order.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you enjoyed the show.

Best regards,

See Tickets are rubbish.

I'm still waiting for a delivery of tickets for another event, which they said they'd sent last week. sportifs2.gif

If you've already received the tickets, I'd contact your card company and tell them to refuse the charge. If you haven't got them yet you'll have to pay I suppose. Otherwise they'll just cancel your order and refund the money you've paid (probably minus a booking fee). crazy.gif

I've just rung them, by the sounds of it alot of people have been complaining.

I'm to expect a call either sometime today or tomorrow apparently. Unacceptable at this late a date.

I paid the price that was stated on the site and I'm not paying any more on principle. the_finger.gif

The latest...

<font color="blue">Dear Customer,

Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding the Motor Show.

At the time you made your online booking all the correct charges would have been displayed to you on screen. It was due to a processing error that the £1.65 transaction fee was not charged to your card, however this charge was made clear to you at the time of booking and permission was therefore granted for this money to be debited.

Please note this is not an extra charge, just simply a charge we failed to take at the time of booking.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Kind Regards

Well I'm still waiting for my phone call.

I've got my confirmation in front of me here and they're not getting the money without a barney first! mad.gif

Surely when I put my card details in for the required amount if this was in the total it would've been debited correct?
