garreth64
After 12 months of ownership it is time for a change..... Good points of my A4 Avant: Good looking car, great interior, torquey V6 engine after remap, great motorway cruiser, good (not great) stereo, held its value well in the time I had it,very practical, 4WD good in bad weather. Bad Points: not rewarding to drive quickly, very understeery, steering too light with no feel, ultimately not that fast, headlamps poor even with replacement bulbs, servicing costs. Now swapped for an impractical RWD, 300bhp Coupe....but I love it
CarMad
Great new motor. Who needs practicality anyway. You can always hire a van when you need to.
P_G
Is that a GT 350Z? I didn't realise standard Z's had 300bhp? Nice car by the way, even if you did ditch an Audi for it.
NewNiceMrMe
I beieve it's 296bhp. The power to weight equates to 190bhp per ton. Good bhp per pound.

Bloody good value for money I test drove one, really nice car 2 things that put me off spending 26k: Interior quality Awful road noise!

s4_sat
The GT4 edition was in yellow with different alloys and a bodykit. Th engine changes were applied to the 2007 model along with new lights front and rear.

The GT4 was available in black or yellow and had unique wheels (as above). The 2007 model has the Rays alloys as standard, along with new lights and an engine upgrade. Sorry Alastair! [/ QUOTE ] Sorry, Not all Audis, just my 2.5TDi lump and all IMHO of course To clear things up, yes its the 2005 GT4 Limited Edition Model with 300ps. They made 176 of them, 100 in black and 76 in yellow. Different Alloys but engine now std in 2006 model. To be honest the interior quality is nowhere near Audi (some hard plastics etc) but not half as bad as Id been lead to beleive by others. As for road noise, Ive hardly had the stereo on since ive had it, just to listen to the fantasic engine/exhaust sound. It was £29.5k new, now one year old with 5k miles and only £22.5k so a bit of a good deal if you ask me. The Japs can always teach the germans a thing or two about spec though - standard Xenons, Climate, Cruise, Bose, 6-CD, Leather, Electric/Heated seats, 18"s, Electric/Folding Mirrors, Steering Wheel Controls, Trip Computer, Phone integration etc etc

I think the newer models may have more sound deadning materials
JimLoskot
great car. have driven one a bit. really goes and has zero body roll. main complaint is road noise, very loud but I'd still love to own one. really good value for money as well IMO. your gonna love it

Quite a surprise as I was expecting a significant hike

bells0
I had a Sunset Zed before i got the Cab - fantastic car for the money - i just loved listening to the V6 rumble! Needed 4 seats though, so had to go. Definately rather have over a TT/Crossfire/RX8. Great choice
