The Hertfordshire/London car founded thread

I know its a bit cheeky:), but I think it would be really nice though, if anyone here on this drivers and car enthusiasts board, has anything to post relative to driving, living, working, socializing in Hertfordshire and London (within M25 area) for those people to share with and make better friends with each other.

Want to post up your thoughts about all the roadworks, traffic cameras, nice places to eat or drink or just generally anything to do with Herts and London within M25 area and driving in it.

Want to know of ways to avoid getting caught in traffic jams when roadworks happen using shortcuts, want to try places that other members on this board might recommend in London and Hertfordshire for nice restaurants and pubs. Want to make friends or say anything, to rant about traffic problems etc., or banter.

Want to know where to park when the car parks are full or to avoid getting confused with resident parking areas. Want to network and share your thoughts with others that love cars about things relative to your area.

All based on a mutual interest in cars, then please post here. Please use the other link I inadvertantly started or elsewhere to spam it up, but I think it would be nice for a Herts/London (within M25) somehow connected link on this area, thread for everyone to share with and make friends and connect more with each other. Other counties might want them too. But, ie what do you now think of the changes to make places in this area and St Albans more pedestrianised? How far will they dig into the green belt, Luton Airport expansion, which petrol stations got the best deal on, those sorts of topics from members with a mutual interest in each other all based on cars.
