v6tas
Popped into the local stealer and the warranty boss checked my two knackered alloys and said i can have them replaced (not repaired) under warranty. Right result

v6tas
[ QUOTE ] excellent stuff! [/ QUOTE ] I only expected they would refurb them not replace for new but chuffed to bits with the result. Its a shame the other two arent in disrepair as well !! charding370
What sort of damage did they have? I have just got my car as an ex-demo, 4 moths old and one of the wheels has a very rough feel to the inside of the spokes and a part of the rim whereas the others are silky smooth. I am planning to ask them for warranty replacement as Im sure they won't want to admit if they had it refurbed. As I did not buy it new do you see this affects my rights to a warranty claim ad I know wheels are a dodgy area due to kerbing damage? Chris [/ QUOTE ] The paint on mine has started to peel off no doubt helped along by a few tiny stone chips over the 3 years its been on the road. As yours is a branny then i would definitely ask for the alloy to be changed mate
