davox
I have a problem with the cruise control on my 1998 A3. The cruise control is switched on / off with a series of switches on the same stalk used to control the direction indicators. I can engage cruise control and it will work normally. However, when I cancel a left indication, the cruise control often disengages. Applying left or right indication or cancelling a right indication have no effect on the cruise control. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Atomic
Sounds like the switch personally. Eg when it's moves to switch the indicator in a certain direction it's briefly cancelling the cruise. Had simular problems with other switches over the years as they wear they become looser internally and do stupid things, albeit most were fords... very old fords like cortinas.
