A clay bar and some Virosol will sort that. Details of Virosol suppliers in this thread...

I'll second that...then give them a polish and some decent long lasting sealant so they will wash easier in the future.

A few more tips on claying then :

1. Cut your clay bar into two or three equal pieces

2. Get them all nice and warm (in hottish water) before using

3. When you get one piece dirty stick it back in the hot water (to get it warm again) and get another piece out.

4. Fold & mold the clay regularly in your palm so that the dirty area is replaced with fresh clay.

5. Keep the surface of your car / wheels well lubricated with either clay lubricant, quick detailer or even very thick waxy water.

6. If you drop it on the floor sportifs2.gif.....chuck it away !!

7. Do not put too much pressure on the clay bar, just let it glide over the well lubricated surface. You can always

go back over difficult spots again.

Hope that helps a bit 169144-ok.gif

I'm sure there are a few more tips others may have..

thanks for the tips! I was about to pop down to Halfrauds to see if their offer is still on, failing that I might give eBay a whirl

Do I need to just use a good wash (no wax) on the rest of the car before starting with the clay?
