brownswood
ok my 18 yr old sister has a lot of trouble following directions.... and cannot/will not read a bloody map - just the whole female cant take more than one direction at a time thing i think! plus shes lived in cornwall all her life so major roads are like something shes just heard about and never seen! ok background and jokes over budget £300 maximum but ideally like to find something under £200-£250 It must be simple to use and deter the user if possible from using while moving or at least not need assistance once the location has been input. she still very green and i dont like her distracted and forgetting to watch the road - we all remember what it was like and learnt lessons through error im sure (well i did anyway...!) she has a tendancy to get really frustrated at tech that stubornly plays stupid or makes a meal or the job so quick and reliable also fits the bill.. ok at this point i feel i should post a picture of her as what im asking for is almost so much the best chance of getting all the above is to have a navigator and if i showed a picture im sure there wold be volunteers! haha so after all that gas - £200-£300 budget Minimal direction/input needed when moving Unuseable when moving if there is such a thing! Quick and reliable Generally easy/simple to understand I have had a navman 520 but to give you an idea i feel that would be too complicated or fiddly as it would crash at times, slow to update and occasionally cause confusion/missed turns.. i havent really tried any others though so the floor is yours guys.. Also if you dont fancy the challenge of suggesting a make/model just letting me know where to shop and get the best deals wold be very kind. cheers
